“Food Justice” refers to the concept of creating a fair food system that provides equal access to healthy & nutritious food for all individuals regardless of their status or background. Malaysia’s low-income groups face unhealthy dietary lifestyle & healthy food unavailability due to affordability & poor health literacy. With that, The Food Justice Centre aims to promote food accessibility, healthy education & good eating habits by providing services such as an indoor garden/farm, grocer, nutrition counselling, cooking classes & more. Overall to promote a healthier lifestyle for the whole community.
